These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking system, and moving/removal services.
“We, us, and our” refer to Fast Removal.
“You” refers to the customer using our services.
We provide removal, moving, packing, delivery, and man-and-van services.
All services are subject to availability, location, and booking confirmation.
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation or invoice.
You must provide accurate details such as pickup address, drop-off address, item list, and timing.
Prices are based on time, manpower, distance, van size, and service type.
Additional charges may apply for:
Long-distance carry
Extra manpower
Stairs without lift
Waiting time
Congestion or parking fees
Payment must be made before or immediately after service completion, unless agreed otherwise.
All payments are handled securely through approved providers.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked time may incur a fee.
No-show or last-minute cancellations may require full payment.
We may cancel or reschedule in cases such as:
Unsafe weather conditions
Vehicle issues
Incorrect/ incomplete booking information
Driver unavailability
We will inform you as early as possible.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking
Ensure items are packed safely (unless using our packing service)
Make sure access is clear for loading and unloading
Inform us of any fragile, oversized, or high-value items
Be available at the pickup and drop-off locations on time
Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
We will:
Handle your items with care
Provide trained and professional movers/drivers
Deliver your items safely within the agreed timeframe
Maintain communication throughout the job
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, road conditions, or events beyond our control.
We take every precaution to prevent damage.
Minor scratches or wear during moving may not be covered.
We are not liable for:
Poorly packed items
Items not prepared for transport
Pre-existing damages
High-value items not declared in advance
Any damage claims must be reported on the same day with photos.
For safety and legal reasons, we do NOT transport:
Hazardous materials
Illegal goods
Explosives or flammable items
Animals
Cash or jewellery (without agreement)
Perishable foods
If the customer delays the driver beyond the scheduled time, waiting charges may apply.
We aim to be punctual but cannot guarantee arrival times due to traffic conditions.
Drivers may refuse to move items if:
They pose safety risks
They are excessively heavy or unsafe
Access is blocked or unsafe
The customer behaves abusively
By using our website, you agree not to:
Try to hack or misuse the system
Copy or reuse website content without permission
Submit fake or misleading information
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
